 An initial hit of sweet, super slow cooked onion and garlic, a complex mix of indian whole spices, carefully blended with the fruity heat of Naga Chillies.  An explosion of flavour!
 Inspired my some of my favourite curry flavours, this is a versatile sauce that adds incredible intense flavour to any dish.  Goes very well with smoky bbq food and curried dishes, but also amazing to drip on a pizza, splash in a wrap, or dip a grilled cheese sandwich!
