Lomito Chimichurri is their original vibrant, herby sauce originating from an authentic Argentine family recipe which won the “People’s Pizza” competition on This Morning in 2012 and has gained a Great Taste Award One Star! Fresh ingredients including parsley, garlic & Argentine spice Aji Molido are used to infuse a combination of oil & vinegar to create the perfect blend. An extremely versatile sauce, this Chimichurri can be used as a marinade, for cooking or simply as a dipping sauce. It is an ideal accompaniment for all meats & fish & is suitable for vegetarians & vegans too.
