Nonya Secrets Spicy Peanut Sauce

Created using a traditional family recipe, this spicy peanut sauce has flavour notes of lemongrass and galangal running through it. Usually served as a dipping sauce for satay, it also makes an excellent salad dressing.

Ingredients: Onions, roasted PEANUTS 27%, sugars, rapeseed oil, lemongrass, white wine vinegar, tamarind paste, galangal, spirit vinegar, salt, chilli 1%, shrimp paste (shrimp (CRUSTACEAN), salt), lemon juice, garlic, spices, cumin, cider vinegar.
